I have spent countless hours searching for fixes and I've tried countless times to fix it. Steam and Epic games download speeds are fine, just the xbox pc app. I have an Ethernet connection with about a 78 Mbps download, however, the gamepass app will only download games at speeds of less than 1Mbps, often in Kbps speeds. I've learned that download speeds are TERRIBLE using the app, as well as the MS store. The past few days I have been trying to download some games from the xbox pc gamepass app on windows 11.
